Services

Our primary service is timing runs, walks and races.  But we also know that events have many other needs that we can help with.  If there is something you would like us to help with and don't see it listed below, let us know.  We'd love to help your event be the best it can be!​

Pricing

We offer very competitive pricing for our services.  We have basic packages that can keep your costs low or we can scale up to whatever you might need.  We encourage you to shop and are confident you will find that we are one of the best deals around.

Other additional services offered include:

- Course measuring, certification & marking

- Longer events or multiple events the same day

- Additional timing personnel (to cover volunteer requirements noted below)

- Registration (we can put you online! - ask for details)

- Number bibs (we can do Road ID bibs for free or bibs custom to your event for a price - ask for details)

- Packet preparation (variable, ask for details)



What's Included (base package)

The base package includes:​

- Events estimated to last up to 1 hour for last finishers (5k run/walk for example)

- Travel up to 50 miles from Manitowoc, WI (this includes most of Green Bay, Appleton, Fon du Lac & Sheboygan)

- Finish line and finish chute setup and tear down

- Timing of all participants by a 2 person timing crew

- Scoring and compiling of results by age, gender or event categories as needed

- Posting of preliminary results online for public viewing immediately after the event

- Results available for awards within minutes of the last awards finisher crossing the line

- Final results posted online within 5 hours of the event conclusion (typically much faster)

- Data entry for day of event entries

What You Provide

- An AWESOME event!

- Announcer for pre & post race activities

- Post race refreshments

- Electrical power (110V, 15A)

- Music / Entertainment as desired

- PA System if needed

- Volunteers to support finish chute (3-4 people as recorders and backup timer)

- Number Bibs (ask for low cost sourcing ideas or ask us to help)

- Spreadsheet with all participant data in specified format (ask for details)
